Combining Caribbean vibes and South London spirit, Prince of Peckham maintains a traditional pub feel with a bit of extra jerk.
With a winning combo of rum cocktails and Red Stripe, live music and wholesome Caribbean food from White Men Can’t Jerk; Peckham’s newest opening has really nailed it with their ‘by South Londoners for South Londoners’ concept. There’ll be jerk-inspired roasts on Sundays, bottomless chicken wings on Mondays and, pandering to London’s crazy obsession, they will also be serving up bottomless brunches on Saturdays. The menu will flaunt some fantastic British classics, all with a Caribbean twist. We’re talking jerk sausage rolls, curried mutton shepherd’s pie and jerk sausage, mash and gravy. No, we’re not jerking around.
Prince of Peckham is open from 4pm-12.30am Monday to Thursday, 4pm-2.30am on Fridays, 12pm-2.30am on Saturdays and 12pm-12.30am on Sundays. You’ll find it at 1 Clayton Road, SE15 5JA.
